The development of prime industrial units in Longhope saw the provision of 114,000 square feet of new build and 12,000 square feet of refurbished commercial and industrial accommodation that was delivered over three phases.
Fentrade worked alongside the trade customer at each stage of the three-phase development to ensure the schedules were met and consistency was maintained throughout the whole project in terms of product, hardware and glazing.
