This high-end high-Specification luxury newbuild development in an exclusive area on the outskirts of Cardiff created a small gated-community that comprised four, individually designed dwellings each with a price tag of seven figures. Little expense was spared on the build-quality which was reflected in the choice of the fenestration products to enhance the envelope of the buildings.
Fentrade worked with the trade customer and the contractor from the outset, organising initial product meetings at the system supplier Aluk’s Chepstow showroom and technical facilities, ensuring their needs were met with the right choices for the project. Delivering the thermally efficient frames on time in full in line with the installation schedules ensured the project kept within the allocated timescales.
