Orchard House, a four-storey building located in Swansea’s busy city centre has undergone a total refurbishment and now consists of new commercial premises on the ground floor, modern offices on the first floor and 52 one- and two-bedroom apartments on the upper levels. The redevelopment of the commercial outlets with new shopfronts and screens has opened up the area to new tenants, and the overall building transformation was part of Swansea Council’s regeneration strategy to facilitate more people living and working in the city centre.
The commercial doors and GFT screens manufactured and supplied by Fentrade were uniform in their design and requirement, allowing the production team to maximise their efficiency throughout the manufacturing process and deliver the project to site on time in line with the trade customer’s schedule.
