The private client has an extensive collection of cars and wanted to create a safe environment where he and guests could enjoy the vehicles but further be able to make use of extended office space for musical and artistic development. Incorporating the Aluk BSF70 bifolds into the building allowed the client easy access to the vehicles and a means to showcase them, whilst the functionality and greater glass area of the Aluk 58BW windows enabled them to indulge their creative natures in art and music.
Fentrade reviewed the security requirements and recommended upgrading the locking systems of the BSF70 to enhance the security needs of the premises, with high-security cylinders, steel-tipped shootbolts and anti-lift blocks where necessary. The windows incorporated shootbolt locks with locking handles without compromising the need for more natural light to enter the building.
